Shipping
We’ll do our best to send your order promptly, but sale events are always busy, so delivery may take a little longer than usual. During these periods we’re unable to make changes to orders or offer expedited shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Discounts
Discounts may be offered at various times throughout the year, but these can be paused or withdrawn without notice.
During major promotional periods - such as Black Friday or bank holidays - all other discounts or vouchers, inlcuding loyalty vouchers may be temporarily suspended.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders aren’t included in sale discounts. Each subscription already has a built-in saving applied automatically with every renewal, so you’ll continue to enjoy a reduced price throughout the year rather than only during sale periods. This ongoing saving is designed to give our subscription customers consistent value and convenience without the need to wait for promotional events.
