Benefits of Parsley - Cut

Parsley is one of the oldest used herbs to help maintain horse health. It can have a calming effect on the digestive system, helping to reduce gas issues and bloating. Parsley can also help to encourage milk production in lactating mares. Not only is it an excellent source of vitamins A, B and C, but it also contains chlorophyll, iron, calcium, potassium, thiamine, niacin and riboflavin. Parsley has uterine stimulatory properties and should not be given to pregnant mares.
